“Out of Gas” means your wallet doesn’t have enough money (a gas token) to submit a transaction:

Gas is a fee you pay to the network to make a transaction. It’s usually paid in a network’s native token.

e.g.

Fuse Network's native token is FUSE.

Celo Network's native token is CELO.

Ethereum Mainnet native token is ETH.

How do I check my native token balance?

To check your wallet's native token balance on the blockchain explorer, you'll first need to know your wallet address. In the GoodWallet, open the Menu, tap Export Wallet, and tap Copy Address in the block Wallet Address.
