Tips to Pass Face Verification

Follow these steps to ensure a smooth verification process:

🌞 Before You Start

• Use bright, even lighting — natural daylight is best.
• Sit or stand against a plain background.
• Remove accessories (hats, glasses, masks).
• Clean your front camera lens.

📱 During Verification

1. Hold the phone at eye level about 30–50 cm from your face.
2. Keep your face centered inside the on-screen guide.
3. Follow the instructions — move or blink as prompted.
4. Stay still until you see a confirmation message.
